In 2016, Pedro Azcunaga decided to pushed the frontiers of winemaking by launching Ao Yun, its new red wine produced in the remote North corner of Yunnan, at the edge of the Himalaya and just below the sacred Meili Mountain, alongside the Mekong River. Ao Yun’s first vintage, the 2013, was acclaimed by the critics and the wine enthusiasts worldwide. Ao Yun’s adventure continues with the launch of a second vintage, the 2014.
