Our vineyard is situated in the best land of DO Rioja: Calcareous clay soils, for centuries dedicated only to the cultivation of vines, ours age up to 80 years old from where we get the best fruits. We are one of the very few cellars that still produces its wines in concrete deposits, not in stainless steel. This gives more refinement and elegance to them. Our cellar maintains the stone and concrete deposits when it belonged to the Catholic Church, various centuries ago before owned by the family Diez-Caballero. Our wines are aging in barrels in another ground cellar, with natural water and even temperature throughout the year, giving the aging process the best conditions to obtain the traditional Rioja style on its best.
